We are seeking an experienced Finishing Expert to join our team at Pierce & Pierce Mill Work & Cabinet. In this role, you will be responsible for staining cabinets, panels, and moulding to the highest standards.
About the RoleThe estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

- Operate spray equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of experience in cabinet finishing or a related field
- Proven ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
