Innovative Foot and Ankle Care is a leading provider of comprehensive care to the lower extremities. Our team specializes in treating complex conditions, including peripheral arterial disease, diabetes, neuropathy, foot ulcers, venous insufficiency, and wounds.
We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant to join our team. As a Medical Assistant at Innovative Foot and Ankle Care, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in patient care, with experience in preparing patients for examination, obtaining vital signs, and maintaining accurate medical records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Preparation: Prepare patients for examination by taking vital signs, obtaining medical histories, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, schedule appointments, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all equipment is functioning properly, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance tasks.
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
Requirements:
- Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA)
- 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
