Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dermatology Provider (Family Nurse Practitioner/FNP/APRN/Physician Assistant/PA) to join our growing team. As a key member of our medical team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality health care within Fast Pace Health's scope of services while achieving optimum patient satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for medical dermatology with a focus on both medical and cosmetic aspects of the field. You will work in a team-oriented environment, be flexible to adapt to new technologies and protocols, and provide outstanding patient service within the clinic and through various virtual communication channels.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive skin evaluations to assess the overall health and condition of a patient's skin.
  • Perform focused examinations to diagnose and monitor specific skin conditions.
  • Diagnose and manage common dermatological conditions such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, fungal infections, and dermatitis.
  • Prescribe medications such as topical creams, biologics, oral antibiotics, antifungals, or immunosuppressants.
  • Administer immunizations for conditions like warts or molluscum contagiosum.
  • Excise benign skin lesions, moles, and cysts using local anesthesia when necessary.
  • Suture or close wounds after excisions.
  • Administer cryotherapy using techniques like liquid nitrogen application.
  • Drain abscesses and perform incision and drainage procedures.
  • Insert or remove sutures and staples.
  • Manage wound care and provide dressing changes for chronic wounds, ulcers, or surgical sites.
  • Evaluate and diagnose skin cancer.
  • Counsel patients on proper skincare routines, sun protection, and lifestyle modifications.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers for comprehensive patient care.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • 1+ year of outpatient experience as a Dermatology Provider (Family Nurse Practitioner/FNP/APRN/Physician Assistant/PA).
  • Masters Degree in a related field.
  • FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONER LICENSE, PHYSICIANS ASSISTANT LICENSE, APRN COMPLIANCE.

What We Offer

Fast Pace Health offers a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits including paid holidays, medical, vision, dental, and 401(k) matching.
