Position Overview:

  • As a Supervisor, you play a crucial role in maintaining brand integrity and enhancing the overall team dynamic.
  • With guidance from the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager, you will be the go-to expert in your specific area of the business.
  • Assist in team growth and recruitment by actively participating in in-store interviews and departmental evaluations.
  • Foster a people-first culture by building strong relationships with all team members, promoting trust, respect, and a culture of recognition throughout the store.
  • Work alongside the Assistant Store Manager to plan, schedule, and organize tasks a month in advance, ensuring an effective strategy and resource allocation for daily operations, initiatives, and projects.
  • Delegate tasks based on priority, leverage team strengths, and ensure compliance with brand standards and operational protocols.
  • Maintain company merchandising standards through consistent implementation of floor layouts, signage, pricing updates, inventory oversight, and restocking practices.
  • Provide general oversight in accordance with company policies, supporting the store leadership team as required.
  • Engage in the training and development of team members on corporate practices and initiatives, including onboarding new hires and cross-training existing staff.
  • Lead by example to reinforce the organization’s vision and empower team members to understand the importance of their roles in achieving shared objectives and delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Encourage an inclusive store environment where both team members and customers feel appreciated, safe, and respected.
  • Follow safety protocols, loss prevention strategies, and operational guidelines, taking a proactive approach to assist the team across various store areas.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the management team.

  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is beneficial
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently (up to 25 times per hour)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Able to work at heights exceeding 4 feet using appropriate equipment such as ladders or lifting devices
