Judit Inc is seeking a skilled Architectural Facilities Construction Coordinator to manage the construction oversight of architectural facilities projects in our shipyard and leased properties.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with experience in project execution, site inspections, and vendor management. They will also possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities:*
- Manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
- Perform site inspections to monitor vendor progress, resolve conflicts, and report on schedule progress.
- Support bid showings with vendors and turnover projects to stakeholders at the end of the project.
- Supervise outside contractors and recommend design procedures and standards for facility projects.
**Qualifications:***
- Bachelor's degree in Science; Master's degree preferred.
- 5 years of experience in construction management or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
