We are seeking a strategic product leader who can distill business value and goals into actionable roadmaps and refined product backlogs.
This role requires a product owner who can help us build better products that people love to use and foster healthy IT-to-business relationships.
This position is required to report to the SHI Austin, TX or SHI Somerset, NJ office location as determined by SHI management.

Responsibilities
- Lead team scrums to define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities and communicate with stakeholders throughout various projects
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals
- Work closely with product managers and business teams to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI
- Remain up to date on trends and best practices for agile project management
- Plan and prioritize product development and product feature backlog
- Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure they're clearly understood by relevant teams
- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work aligns with product strategy
- Mitigate roadblocks to achieving sprint/release goals
- Lead the product-release plans and set expectations for the delivery of new functionalities
- Serve as product ambassador, sharing knowledge and answering questions
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience required
3+ years IT PO experience
Functional knowledge of Microsoft D365 FnO
Proficiency with applicable project management tools and technology, Jira/Azure DevOps
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong understanding of Agile practices, including Scrum
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work in a cross-functional team
- Understanding of business value related to features and functions
- Ability to effectively manage conflicting needs of stakeholders
- Strong advocate for adherence to standards, best practices, and delivery processes
- Experience in working within teams using hybrid, Agile methodologies
- Provides the overall design direction, solution, development, and oversight of product
- Capable of driving requirements, planning, and designing value streams for D365 FnO
Additional Information
The estimated annual pay range for this position is $65,000 - $125,000.
The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
