Radiology Technologist Lead Job Description

The Radiology Technologist Lead plays a crucial role in supporting operations by providing leadership, communication, and direction to the staff. This position requires a strong ability to work independently and demonstrate leadership skills.

Work Schedule:

The Radiology Technologist Lead works a 0.9 FTE schedule, Monday through Friday, from 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with every 6th weekend rotation and holiday rotation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology Program
  • Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
  • Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Radiology
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and perform leadership skills
  • Good written communication skills
  • Strong computer word processing knowledge
