Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Mitigation Technician to join our team at Paul Davis Restoration of New Haven and Shoreline East, CT. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality restoration services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ensure all company equipment is properly maintained and organized.
  • Participate in the on-call schedule and be accessible by phone as needed.
  • Assist with warehousing and facility-related tasks as necessary.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record.
  • Ability to lift 75 LBS frequently.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Dedication to customer service and a positive attitude.
