Job Summary:The Construction Safety Associate will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment for our clients and their employees. This includes conducting site inspections, developing and implementing safety protocols, and providing training and guidance to construction personnel.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential safety hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and guidance to construction personnel on safety procedures and protocols.
- Collaborate with clients and construction teams to ensure a safe working environment.
- Monitor and report on safety performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- CHST certification or equivalent experience.
- 7-10 years of construction safety experience.
- Excellent writing and computer skills.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
- Diligent and detail-oriented with a strong focus on safety.
