**About the Role**

The University System of New Hampshire seeks a highly skilled E-Learning Specialist to join our team. This position is responsible for developing and supporting online and hybrid courses, as well as resource development that supports excellence in teaching and learning.

This role will collaborate with instructors and stakeholders to create engaging and effective course materials, utilizing established course templates and instructional design best practices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, adult learning theory, and experience working with educational technologies such as Moodle and Canvas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality online and hybrid courses, ensuring alignment with university standards and policies.
  • Support instructors in creating engaging and effective course materials, providing guidance on instructional design principles and best practices.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to research and recommend new tools, methodologies, and resources to support online and hybrid learning.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions on educational technologies and online pedagogy, evaluating their effectiveness and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage documentation and resources, updating content on websites for instructors and students, and serving on committees and task forces as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in instructional design, adult learning, and educational technology.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and experience working with Moodle and Canvas.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

About the Salary:

The salary for this position is $65,000 - $75,000 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, retirement, tuition, and paid time off.
