Qualifications for Rehabilitation Specialists:
- Graduated from an accredited institution for Physical Therapy.
- Possess a valid and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in New York.
- Conduct comprehensive home assessments for referred patients, delivering direct care to evaluate medical conditions, functional abilities, limitations, and rehabilitation potential.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) documentation is preferred (experience with Hello Note is a plus, but not mandatory).
- Current CPR Certification.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive compensation ranging from $70 to $90 per visit for Rehabilitation Specialists.
- Flexible scheduling options available: full-time, part-time, and per diem.
- Opportunity to select patient demographics (pediatrics or geriatrics), preferred locations, and working hours.
