Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operation of Regal theatres, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
  • Act as a representative of Regal Entertainment Group, promoting our brand and values.
  • Train, develop, and coach non-management employees to achieve their full potential.
  • Operate and maintain all projection and audio-visual equipment in theatre, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
  • Count, deposit, and reconcile all receipts taken in during a business day, maintaining accurate financial records.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of theatre operations and management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
