North Sound Program Coordinator

Lifeline Connections is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented North Sound Program Assistant to support the nonclinical operations of our North Sound Region. This role will provide administrative support to the Clinical Supervisor or Program Director, ensuring the smooth operation of our programs and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Organize and coordinate nonclinical operations, including receptionist activities, communication with clients and staff, and maintenance of accounting and budget records.
- Provide administrative support to the Clinical Supervisor or Program Director, including developing and managing the daily staff schedule, tracking staff vacations and leave, and maintaining budgets for facility operations.
- Work with clients to meet their individual service plan goals and objectives, including ordering supplies and equipment, arranging for repairs, and assisting with medication ordering.
- Record admissions and discharges, maintain client charts, and monitor clinical charts to ensure compliance with unit policies and procedures.
- Support staff in office, including assisting with client appointments, case management tasks, and typing letters and reports.
- Establish and maintain relationships with community agencies and service providers to meet client needs.
- Assess and report clinical behaviors and information, communicate with landlords regarding client rental agreements, and operate and coordinate computer and management information systems.
- Bachelor's degree in human sciences or related field or equivalent work experience required.
- Washington State Agency Affiliated Counselor Credential required.
- Preferred experience in a behavioral health setting and office management.
- Possess people and problem-solving skills to assist and support clients with severe and persistent mental illnesses and their families.
- Solid organizational skill and ability to make contacts and establish relationships to get information necessary for the program to function within the larger system.
- Knowledge of computers and software, simplified bidding, contracting, billing, and accounting procedures, medical records management, and personnel policies and procedures required.
