Janitorial Worker

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Worker to join our team at ResourceMFG. As a Janitorial Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean work environment, ensuring the well-being of our employees and visitors.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including emptying trash containers, cleaning cafeteria areas, and mopping floors.
• Use various types of floor cleaning equipment, such as vacuums, polishers, and buffers, to ensure a high level of cleanliness.
• Strip, recoat, and wax floors as scheduled to maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Clean windows, wash basins, mirrors, commodes, and showers to ensure a clean and hygienic environment.
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining shop main aisles, including cleaning beans, columns, handrails, and stairs.
• Follow instructions on the use of cleaning solvents and chemicals to ensure a safe working environment.

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 1 year of job-related experience preferred.
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to use a ladder and climb stairs.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.

This is a 3rd shift position, working Monday to Friday, 10PM to 6:30AM. The hourly rate is $17.00 to $18.00.
