In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of nurses and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement effective nursing strategies to improve patient satisfaction and quality of care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and achieve departmental goals.
  • Provide guidance and support to nurses and healthcare professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient care to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
Requirements
  • Current registered nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Preferred: Certification in clinical specialty area.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with and maintain confidential information.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Leadership skills.
