Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of nurses and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement effective nursing strategies to improve patient satisfaction and quality of care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and achieve departmental goals.
- Provide guidance and support to nurses and healthcare professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and evaluate patient care to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Current registered nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Preferred: Certification in clinical specialty area.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with and maintain confidential information.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Leadership skills.
