ABOUT THE POSITION

This role is designed for independent contractors and entrepreneurs, allowing you to work remotely from any location. Financial Services Consultants operate as non-captive agents, partnering with reputable North American Fortune 500 and Fortune 100 companies to create customized solutions for individuals and businesses in their financial planning endeavors.

IDEAL CANDIDATE ATTRIBUTES

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Legal U.S. Resident, Citizen, or Work Permit holder with a valid SSN.
  • Possession of an active Life and Health license or a commitment to obtain one within the first month.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage and prioritize your own schedule.
  • Positive mindset, adaptable, and open to coaching.
  • Skilled in building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Access to a computer/laptop, phone, and reliable internet connection.
  • Prior experience or education in finance is advantageous but not required, as comprehensive training and support will be provided.

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE

  • Commission-based income as a 1099 contractor with a competitive commission framework.
