Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Beauty Services Assistant to join our team. As a Beauty Services Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable experience at our resort. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and facilitate beauty services, including skin care, massage, and salon services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule beauty services for guests
  • Ensure that guests are prepared for their services and have a positive experience
  • Assist with the sale of products and services to guests
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest inquiries

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a high-end retail or salon environment. You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
