Certification Requirements
  • Licenses and Certifications:

  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program - Maternal Health Care (NRP-MHC)
Job Responsibilities
  • Work Schedule: This role is part-time, requiring 12 hours of work per week.
  • Clinical Duties:
    • Assess patient outcomes and adjust care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
    • Educate patients and their families about respiratory conditions, treatment options, and discharge procedures.
    • Be flexible and willing to assist in other units as needed.
    • Mentor and share expertise with colleagues and students, serving as a clinical practice role model.
    • Design, implement, and assess the effectiveness of respiratory care strategies.
    • Administer respiratory treatments as prescribed by physicians while maintaining communication with medical and nursing teams.
Educational Qualifications
  • Degree: Associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy or a related field is required.
