We are seeking skilled RNs and LPNs to join our team at FH Staffing Solutions, a reputable nursing agency in the area. As a staffing agency, we prioritize taking care of our employees and offer competitive rates.

In partnership with a local skilled nursing facility, we provide high-quality care to patients. This opportunity offers immediate hire and guaranteed shifts for RNs and LPNs.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Deliver patient-centered nursing care as assigned by healthcare professionals.
  • Administer medications and treatments, documenting them accurately.
  • Prepare for and assist physicians during diagnostic procedures and treatments.
  • Reinforce health education and support patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Assist with patient admission, transfer, and discharge processes.
  • Monitor and report patient vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition to relevant staff members.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient responses to care rendered.
  • Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients.
  • Assume charge of unit operations as assigned.
Requirements
  • Hold an active nursing license in New Hampshire.
  • Be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have a valid exemption.
  • Pass a background check (no cost incurred).
  • Recent negative TB test or chest X-ray results.
  • Personal and professional references available.
