Job Summary:

We are recruiting for an experienced LVN to fill a full-time position in our Ambulatory Nursing Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

About the Position:
This role involves providing nursing care to patients in the ambulatory setting, which includes clinics and offices. The successful candidate will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver direct and indirect nursing care to patients in accordance with University Health policies and standards.
• Foster positive relationships with patients, families, and colleagues to promote a culture of respect and empathy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.

Education and Experience:
• A current license to practice vocational nursing in Texas is essential.
• At least four years of experience in healthcare delivery as an LVN is required.
• ACLS certification may be mandatory based on site location.

Compensation Package:
The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $68,000 to $90,000, contingent upon qualifications and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.
