We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a skilled Massage Therapy Instructor to join our team at IntelliTec Colleges. As a valued member of our instructional team, you will play a key role in shaping the future of massage therapy education.
About the Role
This full-time position requires the delivery of established curriculum to students, assigning and grading assignments, inputting attendance records, and ensuring an effective learning environment through classroom management.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in massage therapy or a related field, an active massage therapy license, and be willing to work closely with the Program Supervisor to manage student issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver established curriculum to students in a professional and proficient manner
- Assign and grade assignments, input attendance records, and maintain a safe learning environment
- Work closely with the Program Supervisor to manage student issues and ensure successful outcomes
- Maintain professionalism within the classroom and coach students on their professionalism
- Manage all classroom activity, including lecturing, student assistance, and lab instruction
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
