Key Responsibilities:

1. Pest Management: Conduct thorough inspections to identify pest activity sources. Develop and implement effective solutions using a range of products and services to eliminate pest issues. Perform pest treatments and install preventative measures to ensure a pest-free environment. Maintain and operate service vehicles and equipment efficiently.

2. Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers through friendly and professional interactions during service visits. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to pest problems, recommending additional services that add value.

3. Continuous Improvement: Engage in comprehensive training to become proficient in the full range of products and services offered by INITIAL, INC. Stay informed about the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations. Participate in training sessions on new methods and solutions in pest management.

Position Requirements:

- Successfully pass pre-employment background checks and drug screening.

- Hold a valid driver's license and undergo a motor vehicle record check.

- Availability to work Monday through Friday, with potential Saturday shifts.

Education & Experience:

- High school diploma or GED is required.

- Previous customer-facing experience is preferred.

Skills and Attributes:

- Strong attention to detail.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Willingness to learn and gain expertise in pest management.

- Ability to work independently after training.
