  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to Domino's Pizza standards.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in the pizza industry, preferably in a management role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
