Premier Community Supports is a leading provider of person-centered support services. We are seeking a dedicated Direct Support Professional to join our team in Hood River. As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide one-on-one support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives. Our team is committed to providing the highest quality of care, and we are looking for someone who shares our values and passion for making a difference. What We Offer:
  • $23-$26 per hour
  • 401K offered after 90 days of employment with up to 4% employer match
  • Premier pays for 24 hours annual training, OIS & CPR/First Aid Training
  • PT & FT DSPs accrue up to 40 hours of PTO (paid time off) per year
  • PTO cash out option after 1 year
  • No cost health plan available for DSPs who work more than 26 hours per pay period
  • Dental & Vision for FT DSPs after 6 months of employment and Premier pays 50%
  • Paid 1st and 16th of the month
