We are seeking a skilled Nurse to join our team at Providence Mount St. Vincent in Seattle, Washington.
Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with residents, family members, and care teams to plan and implement effective care plans.
Responsibilities:
- Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor resident condition and report changes to healthcare team
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate resident care
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Nursing degree from an accredited institution
- Current Washington state RN license
- BLS certification from American Heart Association
- 1 year of experience in long-term care or a related field
