Position Summary

The Automotive Technician position is a key role in our team, requiring a skilled and experienced professional to diagnose and repair complex drivability and electrical systems. As a leader and mentor, you will drive a team towards increased customer satisfaction and care, while maintaining a high level of technical expertise and adhering to our company's values and standards.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, transmission fluid checks, and filter replacements
  • Diagnose and repair electrical systems, including battery installation and checks
  • Conduct tire maintenance and repair services
  • Install parts and accessories
  • Road test vehicles to ensure safe and reliable operation
  • Develop and maintain technical skills through ongoing training and education
  • Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles
  • Minimum 2 years of automotive repair experience, completion of Vocational-Technical School program in a related field, or demonstrated skills via third-party certificates/assessments
  • A.S.E certification in at least one of A1-A8 is preferred; equivalent external qualifications or training certifications will be accepted
  • Strong reading, writing, and math skills
