Float Pool Nurse

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking highly skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team as Float Pool Nurses in Richmond. This exciting opportunity allows you to work in a variety of settings and gain valuable experience in different specialties.
To be eligible for this position, you must have two or more years of clinical experience as an RN and be willing to float to different units across our Richmond market. You will work 36 hours per week, with self-scheduling available to accommodate your needs. Our facilities include St. Mary's Hospital, St. Francis Medical Center, Richmond Community Hospital, Memorial Regional Medical Center, Southside Medical Center, and more.
The compensation package for this role includes a competitive salary, estimated to be around $90,000 per year, based on national averages. We also offer a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible spending accounts, and paid time off.
