About the Role:
The Dining Services Assistant will play a vital role in ensuring the high-quality dining experience for our residents at Green Lea Senior Living. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with the preparation and serving of meals, maintaining proper sanitation protocols, and communicating effectively with colleagues and residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with meal preparation and presentation to ensure a high-quality dining experience for residents
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all sanitation and safety protocols
- Interact positively and professionally with residents, their families, and colleagues
- Follow resident meal plans and dietary requirements
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
Requirements:
- Ability to read and understand directions
- Able to interact professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, residents' families, and employees
- Must be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation
