Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise skilled personnel in instrumentation electronics and electrical maintenance
  • Ensure equipment start up and shut down adheres to safety protocols
  • Coordinate operations during peak production seasons for optimal efficiency
  • Provide leadership to maintenance employees and communicate operational procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or vocational certification in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in electrical and electronics maintenance operations
  • Supervisory experience preferred, California Electrician's license a plus
  • Working knowledge of solid-state circuitry, programmable controllers, and PLC/HMI programming
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screenings and work flexible hours during peak seasons

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary range is $88,500 - $99,500
