We are seeking knowledgeable sales professionals for our Club Pilates Klein studio. Our franchise group operates 6 studios in the vicinity and boasts a TOP 50 studio ranking out of more than 600 locations. There are significant opportunities for advancement as we expand within the Houston market.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Sales Associate's primary role is to support the General Manager in driving new membership sales by reaching out to potential clients and scheduling them for Intro Classes. This position also plays a key role in retaining existing members. While a background in Pilates is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills are essential; over 2 years of experience is preferred.
  • Results-driven with the ability to achieve sales targets in memberships, retail, private training, and instructor training.
  • Capability to learn and utilize the Club Ready software system.
  • Ability to remain standing or seated for up to 8 hours during shifts.
  • Fluency in English with excellent communication skills in person, over the phone, and via email.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient computer skills are required.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally may be necessary.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Implement the sales process, including lead generation, follow-up, and closing sales.
  • Conduct facility tours while building rapport and identifying individual needs.
  • Maintain a satisfactory level of personal sales performance.
  • Promote the club's objectives as a provider of fitness and wellness services.
  • Present available services to prospective and current members.
  • Schedule quality appointments to meet monthly sales targets.
  • Engage in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community events) to enhance club visibility.
  • Take responsibility for developing sales skills.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
