Lead Primary Care Physician

Sanctuary Functional Medicine is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Primary Care Physician to join our team. As a functional medicine expert, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and leading our primary care program.
Responsibilities- Provide personalized patient care and develop customized treatment plans
- Order, read, and interpret complex lab results to inform treatment decisions
- Diagnose conditions and direct patient care
- Prescribe medications and nutritional plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families on health and wellness
- Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings
- Oversee medical staff and assign tasks to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Mentor non-physician staff and provide guidance on patient care
- Board certification in internal medicine, family medicine, pediatrics, or other primary care fields
- 3+ years of experience providing primary care via telemedicine or in-person
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Passion for personal health and wellness and that of others
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- $183,529 - $206,471 per year, depending on experience
- 2 weeks of paid time off, increasing with years of service
- $2000 annual professional development stipend
