We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Core Lab Supervisor to join our team at KA Recruiting Inc.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of laboratory professionals in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing guidance and oversight to laboratory staff to ensure accurate and timely test results
  • Developing and implementing laboratory policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve laboratory efficiency and productivity
  • Identifying and addressing areas for improvement in laboratory operations

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A college degree in a life science or related field
  • ASCP certification
  • Prior experience in a laboratory leadership role, including experience with laboratory management software and quality control procedures
