Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interventional Radiology Tech Lead to join our team at AdventHealth Riverview. As a key member of our medical imaging department, you will be responsible for providing quality patient care, performing imaging procedures, and leading a team of imaging staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality patient care to all patients within the medical imaging department.
  • Perform high-quality images and exams on patients while maintaining sensitivity to patient needs.
  • Follow standards of safe radiation practice and demonstrate leadership abilities.
  • Act as a clinical resource to unit personnel and assure current standards of practice for the unit.
  • Provide shift leadership and support to the Imaging staff.
Requirements
  • Two years of experience performing Interventional Rad Tech duties.
  • Previous leadership experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Registered Technologist, Radiology, Vascular-Interventional Radiology, or Cardiovascular-Interventional Radiology - R.T. (R)(VI) (ARRT) or R.T. (R) (CV) (ARRT).
  • BLS.
  • Surgical Assistant or Surgical Technologist Registry upon hire.
