Objective:
The primary role of the Facilities Maintenance Technician is to conduct general repairs and maintenance tasks in residential properties and various program facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate repair needs, including estimating costs and timeframes for completion.
- Perform basic carpentry tasks utilizing hand tools.
- Conduct exterior maintenance and occasional landscaping duties.
- Execute drywall repairs, patching, priming, and painting tasks.
- Assist with moving furniture, changing light bulbs, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of maintenance equipment.
