We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at Nielsen Ford. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional vehicle repair and maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and transmission flushes.
  • Conduct diagnostic procedures to identify and repair vehicle issues.
  • Manage paperwork and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • ASE certification from a trade or technical school in automotive or engineering.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a service technician.
  • Knowledge of diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Ability to operate all auto repair tools.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
