Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled nursing care, including assessment, teaching, treatment, documentation, and care coordination.
  • Utilize thorough and timely electronic documentation and interdisciplinary communications.
  • Adhere to MGB Healthcare at Home policies and standards of practice.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to work with a diverse population.
  • Communicate effectively in writing, verbally, and electronically.
  • Work collaboratively as a member of an interdisciplinary team of healthcare providers.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an approved School of Nursing.
  • Current Massachusetts license as a Registered Nurse.
  • Minimum of one year previous nursing experience in an acute care setting, with prior home care experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel within the MGB Healthcare at Home geographic area.
  • Proficiency in various computer software and knowledge of hand-held patient care computer devices.
