Speech-Language Pathologist

HealthPro Heritage is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Stayton, Oregon. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will have the opportunity to work with patients of all ages, from children to adults, and help them overcome speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, voice, and swallowing abilities using standardized tests and clinical observations.
• Develop accurate diagnoses based on assessment results and implement evidence-based therapies for speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans, educate and support patients and families on disorders, treatment strategies, and daily communication improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure effective patient care and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed.

• Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist, or license eligible.
• Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) (CCC-SLP) preferred.
