Position Overview
You will act as a Composite/Plastic Fabricator Leader within the Production Resources Department at U.S. Pacific Fleet. This role involves leading a skilled team to ensure that all production tasks are executed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of Helpers, Workers, and Journeymen, ensuring clarity in work assignments and proper understanding of tools and materials.
- Oversee the construction of molds, templates, and mockups, utilizing various materials including glass reinforced plastics (GRP) and composites.
- Identify and address deficiencies in processes, implementing corrective actions based on extensive trade knowledge.

Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and suitable for federal employment.
- Ability to distinguish basic colors and possess correctable vision within normal ranges.
- Must comply with health and safety regulations, including wearing personal protective equipment.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to lead or supervise effectively.
