Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize Microvellum to develop AutoCAD fabrication drawings into CNC program files, facilitating the machining of cabinetry and millwork for assembly.
  • Collaborate with project managers, shop managers, and field carpenters to ensure successful project execution.
  • Analyze architectural floor plans, elevations, and details to generate precise millwork fabrication drawings.
  • Revise shop drawings based on architect feedback, incorporating all field measurements and site specifics for fabrication.
  • Evaluate and adjust designs to minimize production errors.
  • Allocate time effectively between AutoCAD for submittal and fabrication drawings and Microvellum for CNC programming.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in millwork and casework drafting and programming is essential.
  • Expertise in AutoCAD and/or Microvellum is required (BSolid experience is an advantage).
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and comprehension of assembly details.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Compensation will be determined based on experience level and training requirements.
