Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Thoracic Imaging Clinician-Educator to join our team at the University of Pennsylvania. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for providing expert clinical services, teaching and mentoring residents and fellows, and contributing to research and scholarship in the field of thoracic imaging.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality clinical services in thoracic imaging, including interpretation of chest radiographs, thoracic CT and thoracic MRI
  • Teach and mentor residents and fellows in thoracic imaging, including daily clinical supervision and lecturing
  • Contribute to research and scholarship in thoracic imaging, including leading a focused body of research and providing mentorship to junior faculty
  • Participate in shared after-hour and weekend coverage
Requirements
  • MD or MD/PhD or equivalent degree
  • American Board of Radiology certification or eligibility with sub-specialty training in Cardiothoracic Radiology
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in thoracic imaging
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in research and scholarship in thoracic imaging
  • Ability to provide mentorship to junior faculty
