What does the role entail?

Warehouse Operations:

  • Selects product cases and organizes them on pallets for distribution to H-E-B Stores
  • Prioritizes accuracy and quality in all work assignments
  • Completes tasks safely, adhering to work instructions; proactively addresses safety concerns within the facility
  • Offers assistance to fellow Partners by sharing insights on technical matters, facility-specific knowledge, processes, and procedures
  • Meets work deadlines efficiently, supporting facility goals for timely trailer releases
  • Ensures individual and team productivity goals are met
  • Operates equipment according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to prevent damage
  • Maintains a clean and organized work environment
  • Order Selectors: Efficiently selects orders for shipment in a clean and accurate manner
  • Forklift Operators: Safely handles product storage and retrieval
  • Loaders: Accurately loads products for shipment
  • Automated Distribution: Manages the end-to-end process flow within the automated system, ensuring a clean and organized workspace

Stocking Responsibilities:

  • Opens master cases; verifies product against assigned locations; prepares selection lanes for pick-to-light systems
What is your background?

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a fast-paced work environment
  • Background in physically demanding roles is advantageous
Do you have the qualifications to excel as a Distribution Partner II at H-E-B?
