Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and safety-conscious individual to teach children water safety and swimming skills in a fun and engaging environment. As a Swim Instructor and Lifeguard, you will be responsible for providing high-quality instruction, ensuring the safety of our swimmers, and promoting a positive and supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach children water safety and swimming skills in a fun and engaging manner
  • Provide positive reinforcement and feedback to swimmers
  • Communicate swimmer progress to parents and guardians
  • Ensure the safety of swimmers and staff at all times
Requirements:
  • Ability to work with children of all ages and skill levels
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • High energy and enthusiasm for teaching and working with children
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
  • Must pass background examinations prior to training
