MEDICORP, INC is seeking a BC/BE Psychiatrist to join their team in Northwestern New Mexico.
Practice Details- Employed multi-specialty group seeks BC/BE Psychiatrist to join their team.
- Competitive base salary based on MGMA data and experience:
- $250,000 to $255,000 for less than 2 years of experience.
- $295,000 to $300,000 for 2 years or more of experience.
- Inpatient and outpatient practice.
- Opportunity for Medical Directorship also available.
- 11-bed adult inpatient unit with an average census of 6-8 patients, in addition to providing ED and hospital consultation.
- Call 1:4.
- Outpatient clinic located adjacent to the hospital on the main campus.
- Join a team of 2 full-time Psychiatrists, 1 full-time Adolescent Psychiatrist, 1 part-time Adolescent Psychiatrist (tele-medicine), 1 NP, and 1 Psychologist.
- System-wide transition to one IT platform/Cerner.
- Production and quality bonus potential on top of base salary.
- Non-profit, community-owned organization.
- Benefits include full health, dental, and vision coverage, student loan repayment, residency stipend, paid malpractice with tail, professional dues, and more.
- Located 3 hours from Albuquerque and 3 1/2 hours from Santa Fe.
