Ramp Service Agent


Job Description:

Signature Aviation is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Ramp Service Agent to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while ensuring the safe and efficient handling of aircraft.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of aviation operations and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including fueling, de-icing, and marshaling aircraft, as well as providing general aviation services to crew members and customers.

We are looking for a team player who is able to work collaboratively with our team to ensure the smooth operation of our airport. If you have a passion for aviation and a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and crew members
  • Perform fueling, de-icing, and marshaling operations safely and efficiently
  • Provide general aviation services, including catering and towing
  • Operate ground support equipment, including fuel trucks and tugs
  • Work collaboratively with the operations team to ensure the smooth operation of the airport

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 18 years of age
  • Valid state driver's license required
  • Ability to pass background checks and obtain airport security clearance
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
