Position Highlights
- Step into a well-established practice with a robust patient base
- Collaborate with a proficient team comprising 3.5 surgeons and 5 physician assistants
- Focus exclusively on total joint procedures, performing over 300 cases annually
- Engage in 2 operating room days weekly, managing 2 surgical suites
- Work at a single surgical location with a newly established clinic
Compensation Overview
- Attractive guaranteed base salary for the initial two years (unless wRVU surpasses base salary)
- Signing bonuses and relocation assistance available
- Comprehensive benefits and insurance packages
- Generous vacation and paid time off, totaling 42 days annually
