Key Responsibilities:Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Develop and manage patient care plans.
- Monitor, document, and communicate patient conditions effectively.
- Serve as the primary coordinator for seamless patient care.
- Implement physician and nursing directives.
- Evaluate and address patients' discharge planning needs in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
- BLS Provider certification from the American Heart Association is required.
- Registered Nurse licensure from the state nursing board is required.
Education:
- Graduation from an accredited Registered Nurse Program is required. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
Experience:
- Approximately 18 months or more of nursing experience is preferred.
2-3 years of experience in an ICU setting is preferred.
