Guidewire Cloud Architect

Infosys is seeking a highly skilled Guidewire Cloud Architect to join their team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in the Insurance domain and a strong aptitude for implementing, upgrading, and supporting projects with Guidewire (Policy, Billing, and Claim Center and Guidewire Insurance Suite) including on-prem and SaaS versions.

Onshore roles require strong client coordination and deep functional or insurance (PandC) industry expertise. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent, and at least 13 years of experience in Information Technology.

Key qualifications include:

  • Experience with Guidewire centers (version 10.x and SaaS) configuration, customization, and integration using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with Guidewire centers (version 10.x and SaaS) configuration, customization, and integration using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Experience in Data Analysis, GW SaaS Offerings including GT Framework, Integration Gateway, Autopilot, Underwriting Workbench, and Project Management.
  • Experience with batch processes, Guidewire Messaging framework, and OOTB plugins along with familiarity with WMB, WAS, and Apache.
  • Strong knowledge on Software architecture and design in Guidewire Ecosystem.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical and Communication skills.
  • Planning and Co-ordination skills.
  • Experience with project management.
  • Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience with Git repository and ServiceNow.
  • Informatics experience (working with information technology systems) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Adaptability in client implementation environments.
  • Eagerness to learn and apply new technologies for application improvement.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. The successful candidate should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face-to-face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
