Compensation:$44,000 - $55,000 annually
Key Responsibilities:- Utilize CRM systems to gather and maintain accurate information for all clients, ensuring that agents have the most current data available.
- Monitor and document sales performance metrics on a quarterly and monthly basis to meet the real estate team's sales objectives and conversion rates.
- Re-engage past clients to generate repeat business by consistently following up through calls and emails.
- Actively pursue leads until appointments are successfully scheduled with a buyer's or listing agent.
- A valid Real Estate License is mandatory for this position.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- A valid U.S. driver's license is necessary, along with the ability to travel by car.
