Commercial Loan Specialist

Central State Bank, a family-owned community bank with a strong presence in northeast Iowa, is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to serve as a Commercial Loan Specialist in our Elkader market.

A key responsibility of this role will be to facilitate commercial loan requests from initiation through closing and funding, requiring expertise in all aspects of commercial loan administration. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in commercial loan administration, preferably with banking software proficiency and Microsoft Office skills. A high school diploma is required, but college classes or degrees can provide more opportunities for advancement.
