Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing routine exams and cleanings
- Simple and surgical extractions
- Stainless steel crowns
- Restorative procedures (composite, glass ionomer, and amalgam)
In addition to providing high-quality patient care, the successful candidate will also contribute to the development and implementation of new services, including plans to implement crowns and bridge work.
RequirementsTo be considered for this exciting opportunity, applicants must have:
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- State dental license in Iowa
We offer a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $234,000 per year, based on experience, plus a production incentive. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:
- $50,000 in student loan repayment for two years of service
- A 403b retirement plan – 4% of salary plus 1% additional if employee contributes 2%
- FTCA Malpractice Insurance
- 5-10 paid days + $3,000-$4,000/year for continuing education
- 20-28 PTO days per year
- 7 paid holidays
